Welcome to the Toledo Bar Association's "Fun n Sun" Cruise registration!
Toledo Bar Association and Cruise Planners are pleased to invite you, your family and friends to join us for the 2009 TBA's "Fun, Sun and CLE" cruise aboard the Emerald Princess November 8-15, 2009, doing an Eastern Caribbean itinerary departing from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Not only will you be able to earn 12.5 hours of CLE but you will be able to do so while visiting Grand Turk, St. Thomas, St. Maarten and Princess Cays, which is Princess' own private island. As is customary, the CLE programs will be conducted at times that will not interefere with these fabulous ports.
Book early! Deposit your stateroom by March 15 and you will be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 shipboard credit, deposited directly into your shipboard account, courtesy of Cruise Planners. A $500 deposit holds your stateroom. Should you need to cancel, the deposit is fully refundable up to 75 (seventy-five) days prior to sailing. You can now book online 24/7 with our RegisWeb booking tool. It is safe and encrypted for your protection. Final payment will be due at Cruise Planners August 11, 2009, so that we will have sufficient time to process all bookings.
!! Please note that we will only be billing your credit card the $500.00 deposit at time of initial booking even though the Regisweb program reflects the TOTAL price. At time of final payment, you can use an alternate form of payment if you wish -- we will get your prior approval !!
** You can also make your deposit and or final payment by check. Because the cruise line will only acept checks from travel agents, please make your check payable to Cruise Planners and mail it to 179 S. River Rd., Waterville, Ohio 43566 at least seven (7) days before any deadline to allow us sufficient time to send our check to the Princess Cruises. **
Shipboard gratuities are included in the cost of your cruise for your convenience. Dining options are fixed or open seating. On the fixed seating, you can choose main dining at 6:00 p.m. or second dining at 8:15 p.m. With pre-paid gratuities, you can choose where you'd like to sit each evening within our group of tables. Don't like structure? Personal Choice dining allows you to make reservations at whatever time you like with whomever you like each evening between the hours of 5:30 and 10:00 p.m.
Also included in your cruise fare is an open bar cocktail party with hot and cold canapes compliments of Cruise Planners! Catch up with old friends and make new friends at this fun event.
